The student threatened that he and his friends would “tear up” the teacher if they saw him outside of school, the report stated.
The teacher said he’s had problems with the student since the beginning of the school year, and that the principal and safety staff were not providing assistance. The teacher said school administrators told him to let the student “do what he wants around school,” according to the report.
