It shows a neighborhood gathering with multiple people shooting off fireworks. When one firework landed close to a group of neighbors an argument began.
Moments later, witnesses say shots were fired. You can hear what appear to be gunshots in the video obtained by WHIO, News Center 7.
There were no reports of any injuries. In fact, police say they did not receive any reports of a shooting at all on Kammer Avenue July 4th.

Tonight on News Center 7 starting at 5:00, the reason witnesses say they were afraid to report it and the call from one local leader to end the cycle of violence and silence.
