Woman arrested after 3-year-old found in the street

City officers were dispatched to the intersection of Hoover Avenue and Graystone Drive around 9:42 p.m. on Sunday to check the welfare of a young child, according to a city police report.

Watts relationship to the child is unknown at this time.
