Woman grazed by bullet on Delaware Ave. in Dayton

Dayton police said an 18-year-old woman sustained non-life threatening injuries was grazed by a bullet.

The circumstances surrounding the incident are still unknown, police say.

No other details were available.

Investigators said a woman was grazed by a bullet in a reported shooting on Delaware Avenue.

Police said they do not have a lot of information surrounding the incident, but the victim was talking with investigators.

FIRST REPORT

Dayton police and medics have responded to reports of a person shot on Delaware Avenue Wednesday morning.

Emergency crews were dispatched to the 300 block of Delaware Avenue just before 2 a.m. after a woman was reportedly shot in the face.

The severity of the victim’s injuries wasn’t immediately clear.
