Dayton Heart Hospital Will Open At New Location

The Dayton Heart and Vascular Hospital is closing Monday and moving to a new location at Good Samaritan Hospital.

The hospital's old location on Edwin C. Moses Blvd. saw its last patients on Friday.

Tuesday, there will be a grand opening celebration of the new 125,000 square foot facility at Good Samaritan's main campus on Philadelphia Drive.

Good Samaritan acquired the assets of the Dayton Heart Hospital last year for $55 million.

The new Heart Hospital will be the largest cardiovascular facility in the Dayton area.
