A high-rise apartment tower in the Oregon District has been sold and now belongs to the owner of another large and well-known downtown apartment complex.

Lindy-Dayton Towers LLC purchased the roughly 206-unit Dayton Towers for about $13.5 million, according to Montgomery County property records.

The 13-story apartment building is located at 425 Dayton Towers Drive, just east of the Oregon business district on Fifth Street. The apartment tower was built in 1963.

The Lindy Dayton Towers’ manager is Alan Lindy, who is with the Lindy company in Jenkintown, Pa.

The Lindy company also owns the St. Clair Lofts, which has about 108 units and is located a short walk from the Oregon District.
