Dayton City Commission approved a pre-development agreement today with a Columbus developer for a three-phase mixed-use project on the riverfront just north of the Dayton Dragons stadium.

The plan resembles one considered for one called the Ballpark Village project. It calls for 50,000-square foot in office and restaurant space, 160 luxury apartments and 430 parking spaces.
