A transformer that fell onto a vehicle outside an industrial facility in southern Butler County is causing power outages in the area.
Dispatchers received the call at 10:44 a.m. for the incident, which occurred at 4600 Interstate Drive, in West Chester Twp., just west of Ohio 747 and north of West Crescentville Road.
There are 168 outages in the area, according to an online outages report by Duke Energy, which said estimated time of restoration is 2:45 p.m.
