Firefighters battle series of suspicious fires

Firefighters are investigating three different fires they believe may be linked, firefighters said.

Fire crews responded to the area of Pritz Avenue between Eva Street and Heaton Avenue around 4 a.m. Friday on a report of garage on fire. When firefighters arrived they found two separate fires in the same alley. A garage was destroyed by flames and a couch caught fire about 100 yards north of the garage fire.
