Get a free shooting range pass when donating to Toys for Tots

A West Chester gun range will set up collection boxes next month to help give kids in need gifts for the holidays.

Premier Shooting and Training Center on Premier Way in West Chester, will kick off its partnership with The U.S. Marine Corp’s Toys for Tots program on Nov. 9.

The gun range will put out its first collection boxes for Butler and Warren counties that day and a 5:30 p.m. celebration will follow for members and the general public.

People who donate a toy or at least $5 to Toys for Tots at the event will get a free one-hour gun range pass for Premier Shooting, according to a press release. The event will also feature raffle prizes and refreshments.

The Marine Toys for Tots program has collected and distributed more than 530 million toys to over 244 million children, according to the press release.

This is the second year Premier Shooting and Training Center has partnered with the Toys for Tots program.

“Premier Shooting & Training Center is a community minded local business. We are always happy to partner with the Toys for Tots campaign to help spread joy and hope during the holiday season,” co-owner Tommie Rowland said in a prepared statement.
