The City of Xenia’s Board for Recreation, Arts and Cultural Activities will hold a free concert in Shawnee Park on Sunday.
The event is one of many summer concerts presented by the City of Xenia for BRACA’s Music in the Park Series that will feature even more bands and musical performances June through August.
Concerts begin at 7 p.m. in Shawnee Park located at 591 South Park Drive in Xenia.

‘Slow Roll’ bike movement debuts
Beginning and experienced cyclists can participate in the Miami Valley’s inaugural “Slow Roll” bike ride at 6p.m. on Monday.
Participants will ride six miles to Wilberforce and six miles back to Xenia at a slow pace.
Riders are encouraged to arrive between 5:30 and 5:45 p.m. at Xenia Station located at 150 Miami Avenue in Xenia.
The event is free for all the public. There will be an optional scavenger hunt with prizes to test knowledge about Wilberforce upon arrival at the Payne Theological Seminary campus destination.

Bingo and Sundaes Night
Join the Bellbrook Sugarcreek Park District at 7 p.m., Monday to enjoy an ice cream sundae in the park while playing Bingo. This program will be held at Kehl Park, 1730 Sonoma Court, Bellbrook.
