Hamilton High students hosting city council candidates forum

Many of them won’t be able to vote Nov. 7, but that isn’t preventing a group of politically engaged Hamilton High School students from participating in the city’s election process.

The group, Hamilton High School Junior State of America, will host a city council candidates forum from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, at the high school’s auditorium, 1165 Eaton Ave.

The forum will be the second one this election season. The first was on Sept. 6 and was hosted by the Journal-News and the Greater Hamilton Chamber of Commerce.
