A Hamilton man turned himself in to police after a West Chester Twp. woman claimed he tried to take up-the-skirt photos of her while he was working at her home.
Lawrence Zimmerer, 47, was charged with one count of misdemeanor voyeurism after he turned himself in to West Chester police Oct. 2.

His arraignment has been continued to Nov. 6, according to court records.
A 34-year-old woman told police a contractor working in her home tried to take an “up the skirt” photo of her at around 5 p.m. on Sept. 4, according to township spokesperson Barb Wilson.
