Court records indicate the complaint is based on “victim statements, surveillance video and officer investigation.” There is no mention about why the woman was allegedly in the men’s restroom.
The offense is a third-degree misdemeanor.

The incident occurred at 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 22 at the gas station at 7397 Tylersville Road.
The police sent out notification earlier this month asking for help in locating a man fitting Scott’s description who was wearing a brace on his right knee and driving a maroon four-door pick-up truck.
