INITIAL REPORT:
A puppy is safe and warm today after it was rescued from traffic by Hamilton Police Chief Craig Bucheit.
Found this little pup running down Neilan Blvd in middle of traffic. I stopped to help and it hid under my car. Was cold, wet, and worn out but now safe at @HamiltonOhioPD. Help us locate owner. pic.twitter.com/9PhcBH1NqR

Bucheit tweeted that he saw the little black and white dog running down Neilan Boulevard this snowy morning and stopped to help.
The puppy hid under Bucheit’s car, but was eventually rescued to safety.
The puppy is now at the Hamilton Police Department, but they need help finding its owner.
