Here’s how to win Chipotle for a year on Halloween

In celebration of Halloween, Chipotle is giving customers a chance to win free burritos for a year.

Even if you’re not the lucky winner, you can still get a burrito, bowl, salad or tacos for $4 on Halloween as part of the Mexican grill’s “Boorito event.” The sale is good for anyone who wears a costume to the restaurant between 3 p.m. and close on Wednesday Oct. 31.

The code BOORITO will give the same discount when purchasing through the app or online.

“Boorito is a longstanding Chipotle tradition that’s beloved by our fans,” said Chris Brandt, chief marketing officer at Chipotle. “We love contributing to the Halloween spirit and seeing our customers show off their fun, creative costumes to celebrate Halloween and enjoy some of their favorite food.”

To win Chipotle for life, customers can post a photo in their costume at a Chipotle restaurant on Instagram and tag @Chipotle. The restaurant will pick eight finalists, whose pictures it will post to its own page for customers vote. The “Boorito Champion” will be announce Nov. 1 at 6 p.m.

A year’s supply of Chipotle includes one free entree per week for 52 weeks. There are 16 locations in the Dayton area and about 40 in the Cincinnati region.
