Investigators: Stouder Center Fire Ruled Suspicious

Fire investigators in Troy believe an early-morning fire in the basement of the Stouder Center is suspicious.

Fire crews said a pile of clothing and a piece of furniture was damaged by the fire, which was quickly extinguished by the sprinkler system before firefighters arrived on the scene.

The building, which was once Stouder Memorial Hospital, was evacuated.

There were no injuries and the damage was minimal.
