You might be surprised where you can find the famous ‘gas station chicken’ Krispy Krunchy in Beavercreek

The famous gas station chicken is flying the coop to its own store in Beavercreek — almost.

The Pita Wrap on Colonel Glenn Highway near Wright State University is now housing its very own Krispy Krunchy Chicken store inside the existing restaurant's building. That's right, the Middle East and the South have teamed up to feed every kind of foodie craving in the Beavercreek and Fairborn area.

Krispy Krunchy’s menu has much more than chicken. The chain’s side menu alone includes Boudin Bites — rice and pork mixed with a blend of Cajun seasonings, rolled and battered to perfection — jambalaya, red beans and rice, mac-n-cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy and fries — regular, wedge and waffled.
