DETAILED FORECAST

Slightly cooler, less humid air will arrive overnight, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said.

Skies will become partly cloudy, and temperatures will fall into the lower 60s by morning, Elwell said.

Saturday: Expect a mix of sun and clouds with pleasantly warm weather. With lower humidity, temperatures will climb back into the lower 80s.

Sunday: It will be warmer under mostly sunny skies. Temperatures are expected to end the weekend with highs back in the middle to upper 80s.

Monday: Clouds will increase as a cold front moves into the region. The front will bring with it scattered showers and storms. A few storms could be strong. Highs will top out in the upper 80s to near 90 degrees before the front moves through.

Tuesday: There will be a slight chance for a shower south early in the day. Otherwise expect clearing skies and slightly cooler weather with temperatures in the middle 80s.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny skies and seasonable temperatures are expected with highs in the middle 80s.
