Local man sought for Franklin burglary

Franklin police are searching for a local man wanted for a recent burglary that took place last week.

Police Chief Russ Whitman said Brian Carpenter, 33, of Franklin, is wanted for a burglary that occurred on April 10 in the Victoria Drive area. Whitman said the suspect allegedly broke into a rear door and stole a purse and wallet sometime overnight.
