Victor's Taco Shop to open 3rd Dayton-area Mexican restaurant

Victor's Taco Shop is growing again.

The local taco-and-burrito carry-out chain, which operates restaurants in Fairborn and Dayton, is putting the finishing touches on its third Dayton-area location in Xenia.

The opening date of the new restaurant, located at 483 W. Main St. in Xenia, has not been set. But an employee of the Dayton restaurant, which opened less than three months ago at 1438 N. Keowee St., said Saturday that the Xenia location would likely open in about two weeks.

The small burrito-and-taco chain teased the news on its Facebook page last week with a photo of the restaurant and a question: "Who's ready for the Xenia location?"

Both the Dayton and Xenia shops are in former Rally’s restaurants.

Victor's Taco Shop's menu features a variety of Mexican specialties, including tacos, enchiladas, burritos, taquitos and tostadas, as well as omelets and breakfast burritos.

There are two other Victor’s Taco Shop locations in Ohio: in Delaware north of Columbus, and in Marion.
