Air Force Thunderbirds to sign autographs at Dayton National Museum

U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will soon sign autographs at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force.

Visitors to the museum can meet select members of the U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds, as they sign autographs from 9 to 10 a.m. June 21. Doors open to the public at 8:30 a.m.

The Thunderbirds are featured performers at this year’s Vectren Dayton Air Show on June 22 and 23.

Those who want to take an easy way to the Air Show, RTA shuttle buses will depart every 10 minutes between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. to and from the museum. Only cash is accepted for a $3 round trip ticket; free for children 5 and younger. For more information on the shuttle, call 937-425-8300.

The Air Force Museum Foundation is selling discounted tickets inside the museum store from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
