Beavercreek weighs zoning change for proposed housing development

Beavercreek city council approved a request, to rezone the area for the proposed Creekstone development from agricultural to residential planned unit development, to move to a second reading Monday night.

Plans call for up to 145 single- and two-story homes ranging from 1,865 to more than 3,000 square feet, said developer George Oberer during a previous city planning commission meeting.
