Prows is the new part-time general manager, the former general manager of Newport on the Levee in Kentucky, she said.

Dayton Development Coalition
Jeff Hoagland, a former Vandalia city manager hired by the Dayton Development Coalition in December to run its day-to-day operations, has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of the regional economic development organization, its board of trustees said on Monday.
In his new role, Hoagland, 43, is to direct efforts to recruit companies to the region, support job growth and work with the coalition’s members and partners in the public and private sectors.
He succeeds Jim Leftwich, who left the coalition in March to become director of the Ohio Department of Development in Gov. John Kasich’s administration.
Butler County is part of the 13-region included in the coalition’s efforts.
