To apply, go online to the Bridgewater Falls website, shopbridgewaterfalls.com, click “Jobs” and print the application file. The application can be turned in to the Bridgewater Falls management office, 3385 Princeton Road, Suite 125. Of the same initial pool of workers, an estimated 10 to 12 will be promoted to management level positions in the first 30 days, Smith said.
Starting on Monday, applications also may be picked up or dropped off 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on site next to the Max & Erma’s restaurant parking lot.
“It’s a great spot with all the retail,” said Smith, who started at Chick-fil-A as a team member about 16 years ago.
Construction crews are putting brick on the outside of the free-standing restaurant and running electric and plumbing lines inside now, he said. Smith currently operates another Chick-fil-A in EastGate Mall in Batavia, which he will leave to operate this one. As of Monday, he said he had about 25 applications for the new location.
The next closest Butler County Chick-fil-A is in West Chester Twp. on Voice of America Park Drive. Smith said on opening day at Bridgewater, the first 100 people in line will receive coupons for free meals for a year.
“We hope people will come,” he said. “And they’ll see we really care about them.”
