Class on U.S. Constitution set

Adults and students from throughout the area are invited to register for a 12-week Institute on the Constitution, which will meet from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 18-Dec. 4, at Grace Lutheran Church, 410 Pease Ave.

There is no tuition, but materials (which can be shared by family members) cost $35.
