Police said the lengthy investigation revealed that Bruns intentionally invade the privacy of an underage female to spy or eavesdrop on her while she was unclothed.
The case was sent to the Mercer County Prosecutor's office for review. Bruns was charged with one count of voyeurism.
Bruns is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 17.
