Two employees that live in Butler County and work in Austin Landing’s Enterprise Place building have tested positive for coronavirus, according to Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County.

“CSH has had an employee test positive for Coronavirus last week and the county medical director has instructed us that all employees must self-quarantine until March 24,” an email sent Monday by a Senior Outsource Accounting Specialist at Clark Schaefer Hackett said.

A second email sent to tenants at Austin Landing said a second person also tested positive.

“We are under the understanding that the case was confirmed over the weekend and the employee has not been in the office since last week,” the email read.

The employees at the building are on self-quarantine until March 25 and the employer is complying with the direction from Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County.

“The health and well-being of our employees is our top priority including our colleagues that have contracted the Coronavirus,” said CSH President Kerry W. Roe. “Immediately upon confirmation of a colleague’s positive test result, we consulted Public Health – Dayton and Montgomery County and have followed their instructions including the quarantine of personnel and closure of our office to visitors.”
