As part of their initial COVID-19 response, Matthew 25 is distributing more than 60,000 pounds of supplies to approximately 200 organizations that include hospitals, fire and police departments, nursing homes, schools, health care facilities and more.
Supplies include approximately 20,000 N95 and surgical masks, 155,000 gloves, 25,000 bottles of hand sanitizer, 11,000 packages of wipes, 8,500 rolls of paper products, 900 personal care kits, 1,000 sanitizing kits, 23,000 batteries, plus additional assorted medical and personal care items.
These supplies will help support and supplement organizations as they care for the the sick, the elderly, the impoverished and others in need.
Matthew 25 will continue working with local, state and national partners to provide hope and help during this unprecedented time.
Matthew 25: Ministries has suspended volunteer hours at their facility until further notice. In order to remain compliant with Gov. DeWine's statewide stay-at-home order to honor the state ban on non-essential travel, Matthew 25 is asking only for donations of medical and hygiene supplies.
