Confirmed cases have been found in all but three of Ohio’s 28 state prisons.
As of Monday, 37,198 inmates are in quarantine and 3,769 have tested positive for the virus. Seventeen inmates have died of confirmed cases and two others have died of probable COVID19 cases.
