Country Concert forecast: Lower humidity returns for the weekend

Country Concert this year will begin with high heat and storms. The good news is as the event continues, each day will be more comfortable and drying out.

Heat Index: What is it? Why does it matter?

Today: A cold front will push south quickly during the late morning. There might be a few showers or downpours to start the day. There will be a noticeable drop in humidity through the day and it will be a little cooler with highs in the middle 80s. Some sunshine returns as well. Late afternoon and evening shows look dry and comfortable.

Saturday: Country Concert will end on a high note! Highs will be back in the low 80s and finally it won’t feel uncomfortably muggy. Sunshine and a few afternoon clouds but it looks dry for the music.
