Semi overturns, closes I-75 S exit ramp to Sidney for nearly 7 hours

The southbound Interstate 75 exit ramp to Sidney reopened around 9 p.m. Thursday after it was shut down for nearly seven hours, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

A semitrailer overturned in a crash that happened around 2:15 p.m. on the exit ramp from I-75 South to Fair Road in Sidney.

State troopers have shut down an Interstate 75 exit ramp to Sidney following a crash involving an overturned semitrailer.

The crash was reported around 2:15 p.m. Thursday and has shut down the southbound exit ramp to Fair Road in Sidney, according to dispatchers.

The crash resulted with a semitrailer on its side and injuries were initially reported. The conditions of those injured in the crash were not immediately available.

Dispatchers said a tow truck is on the way to the scene but there was not an estimated time when the ramp will reopen.

Additional details were not available.
