All lanes reopen after crash on I-75 South at Stanley Avenue in Dayton

All southbound lanes of I-75 at Stanley Avenue have reopened after an earlier crash.

The left lane of I-75 South has reopened at Stanley Avenue after an earlier crash.

UPDATE @ 3:20 p.m.:

All lanes of I-75 South remain blocked at Stanley Avenue in Dayton following a crash involving a pickup truck and semi.

Several tow trucks have arrived at the scene to remove the vehicles involved.

Traffic is being diverted off the highway at Stanley Avenue but backups have formed past Needmore Road in Harrison Twp.

It is not known how long the highway will be shut down.

The crash is also causing significant backups on the northbound side of the highway. Delays are reported around 20 minutes with slow traffic starting around U.S. 35.

FIRST REPORT

A crash involving a semi and pickup truck has blocked all lanes of Interstate 75 South in Dayton near Stanley Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

The crash was first reported around 2:30 p.m.

The crash involves a semi and a pickup truck towing a trailer.

It was not known if any injuries were reported.
