Crews battle fire in Dayton apartment building

The fire was reported in the 5600 block of Hoover Avenue around 1:30 p.m.

First crews on the scene reported smoke was coming from the building, according to emergency scanner traffic.

All occupants were able to safely evacuate and no injuries have been initially reported, initial reports indicate.
