State law requires law enforcement to announce the times and locations of sobriety checkpoints.
Montgomery County had 559 OVI crashes in 2018, according to Dayton police. Thirteen of those crashes were fatal.
The Combined Agency OVI Task Force of Montgomery Co. will operate a sobriety checkpoint this weekend. Location of the checkpoint will be revealed later this week.
