Dayton Shooting: WWE talent, fans honor Oregon District victims with salute

The WWE on Monday night honored the victims and families of the Dayton Shooting in the Oregon District in a special way: the heralded 10-bell salute usually reserved only for combatants who have been in the ring.

The crowd inside and outside the ring stood in respectful silence as the bell was sounded during the telecast.

"We stand with you, El Paso. We stand with you, Dayton," World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., officials tweeted along with a short video.
