Residents can complete the survey and return it using the pre-paid envelope provided or online by using the PIN number provided in the mailed survey.

Residents who don't get a survey in the mail can still participate beginning June 10 at www.daytonsurvey.org.
“Participate is key to making the Dayton Survey a success,” said Mayor Nan Whaley. “We encourage residents to make their voices heard by completing the survey at home or online.
