The Ohio Department of Transportation installed the sign after a semi crash on Thursday shut down the ramp for several hours in Butler Twp.
The crash was the most recent of several over the past few years. Officials said speed was a factor in the majority of crashes.
The sign warns that the advisory speed is 40 mph on the ramp.
