CareSource's announcement Thursday to build a 7-story building at the corner of Jefferson and First streets is just one of those developments. It's expected to add 400 new jobs and change the city sky line once again.
Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley said yesterday, “when CareSource grows, Dayton grows.”
A spokesperson with Downtown Dayton Partnership said all the development spurs small business growth due to new housing and jobs downtown.
