>> Long road to recovery for Springfield 13-year-old hit by SUV
Wade was indicted Feb. 3 for aggravated vehicular assault.
Kamela Himes suffered internal bleeding and several broken bones when troopers said Wade struck her while she and her family were tubing at the Mad River in Springfield Twp.
Himes was deflating her tube when she took a step out onto the road.
Wade's SUV allegedly went left of center and struck Himes.
A family friend stated Wade was speeding, and didn't appear to slow down before striking her.
