Eight people are chahreged after the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation conducted a series of undercover drug buys and presented the information to the Clark County Grand Jury.
Several indictments were issued and deputies and police made arrests throughout March on charges related to the selling of cocaine, heroin, marijuana or oxycodone.
Those charegd are:
• Johnny Brooks, 39, of 4030 South Charleston Pike — six counts of drug trafficking in cocaine and marijuana and four counts of having weapons while under disability.
• Aaron Howard, 41, of 127 Willis Ave. — drug trafficking in marijuana and possession of drugs.
• Justin T. Collins, 29, of Dayton — three counts of drug trafficking in heroin.
• Leah Allman, 24, of 533 Tarimore St. — drug trafficking in crack cocaine.
• Jessica N. Comer, 22, of 4030 South Charleston Pike — three counts of drug trafficking in oxycodone.
• Brandon A. Jacks, 23, of 3088 Troehler Road — drug trafficking in cocaine.
• Vicki M. Pendleton, 19, 702 W. North St. — two counts of drug trafficking in crack cocaine.
• Demetrius A. Embry, 23, 1313 Jasper Drive — three counts of drug trafficking in crack cocaine.
All were taken to the Clark County Jail.
