Dan O’Callaghan, president of the Greene Co. Beekeepers Assoc. will share his perspective on honey production and the life of a beekeeper at the Monday, March 24 meeting of Greene Co. Farm Forum. From pollen to the jar of honey the honey bee performs a unique process whereby we get honey to eat as well as the pollination of many plants including many fruits and vegetables.
The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Union United Methodist Church, 393 Washington Rd.
