Fire crews respond to fire in Vandalia apartment complex

In scanner traffic, the first crews on the scene reported that there was heavy fire inside the apartment, and heavy smoke from the rear of the building.

No injuries were reported, although the Red Cross was called to help those displaced by the fire.
