The fire was reported around 1:30 p.m. on state Route 235 near Coddington Road north of St. Paris.
Photos sent to this news outlet showed heavy smoke and flames were coming from the RV before firefighters arrived.
Dispatchers said the occupant was able to safely make it out of the vehicle and no injuries were reported.
Crews from St. Paris, Fletcher, Rosewood and the Champaign County Sheriff’s Office responded.
