Tonight: It will be warm overnight with lows near 50 degrees and cloudy skies, according to News Center 7 Meteorologist Molly Coates. Steady rain will arrive before sunrise and the rain may fall heavy at times.

Sunday: It will be wet and windy for Sunday, with rain likely from beginning to end. Moderate to heavy downpours at times are possible. Gusty winds up to 30 to 40 mph are possible. It will still be abnormally warm, with temperatures reaching the lower 60s. Showers will taper off overnight, with rainfall estimates between 1 to 2 inches.

Monday: It will be a cooler day with the chance of a few passing rain showers in the morning, then will be mostly cloudy. Highs will be in the upper 40s early then falling. We could see a few flurries returning late in the day, mainly in the north. It will still be windy with gusts up to 30 mph.

Tuesday: We will be back to winter weather on Tuesday. It will be a blustery and colder day with highs in the middle to upper 30s. Wind chills will be in the 20s throughout the day. Cloudy to mostly cloudy skies are expected with a few flurries or light snow showers possible.

Wednesday: We will see mostly sunny skies, and it will be breezy and chilly for Wednesday. Temperatures will climb back above normal for New Year's Day with highs in the lower 40s.

Thursday: Clouds will increase and there is a slight chance for showers. Highs will climb into the upper 40s.
