A pickup driver lost control after his tires were blown during a high-speed pursuit through Warren County in June and cruiser camera video shows the dramatic chase conclusion.

James W. Perry, 25, was indicted for his suspected role in the pursuit, which happened June 27 and ended in a crash in the area of Dixie Highway and Ohio 73 around 8 p.m.

Three other passengers in the pickup were released from custody and were not charged in connection to the pursuit, troopers said.

Perry faces charges of fleeing and eluding, receiving stolen property, driving while under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension, according to court records.

Troopers said they initially tried to stop Perry for a speed violation, where he was clocked driving 103 mph on Interstate 75 near Ohio 73.  The speed limit on that stretch of the highway is 65 mph, troopers said.
