Fire officials said they are investigating a vacant house fire as suspicious in Jefferson Township.

Jefferson Township fire fighters responded to the home reportedly showing flames and smoke in the 1300 block of Liscum Drive on Monday at 6 a.m.
The fire was contained to the kitchen and was knocked down quickly, said Jefferson Township Fire Battalion Chief Gregory Wilcox.
No one was injured, said Wilcox.
The amount of damage caused to the house was not known.
