Indiana man, 24, accused in child sex case

A 24-year-old Fayette County man was in the Union County Jail on Thursday evening on charges accusing him of engaging in sexual misconduct with a minor, the Indiana State Police said.

Bradley T. Hahn was arrested shortly after noon at a relative's home in Fayette County by ISP Pendleton post Detective Tom Schwendenman on a warrant for six counts of felony sexual misconduct with a minor.

According to the state patrol, the warrant was the result of a lengthy investigation that has been at least two months in length, said Sgt. John Bowling, public information officer with the post in Pendleton.

The investigation began when the victim's parents reported the alleged incidents to child protection services, which contacted the Union County Prosecutor's Office, according to ISP. After the ISP investigation was completed and reviewed by the Union County prosecutor, a warrant was issued for Hahn on April 19.

Details about the minor's age or manner of relationship with Hahn were not immediately available.
