VIDEO: Driver records collision involving a car and Miamisburg school bus

The driver of a car that crashed into a Miamisburg school bus was taken to an area hospital, according to fire crews on scene.

The driver’s condition was not immediately known.

No students were on the bus when the crash happened at South Heincke and Maue roads about 2:45 p.m.

The bus driver was not injured.

The crash involved only the car and bus, despite initial reports three vehicles were involved.

INITIAL REPORT

Police and medics are on the scene of a reported three-vehicle crash involving a school bus in Miamisburg, according to initial reports.

The crash was reported at South Heincke and Maue roads about 2:45 p.m.

No students were on the bus, according to officials on the scene.

Witnesses told our crew at least one driver was taken from the scene by a medic unit. The conditions of those injured were not immediately known.
