When Penn Station opened its newest Dayton-area restaurant on Hospitality Drive in Xenia in February 2018, the company’s president, Craig Dunaway, said, “Dayton has been a great market for Penn Station, and we’re excited to bring the brand to Xenia.”

Penn Station East Coast Subs offers an assortment of hot and cold deli sandwiches, wraps and salads, including the chain’s signature Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich, along with fresh-cut fries, lemonade and chocolate chunk cookies baked daily in the restaurant. Penn Station offers dine-in service, carry-out and catering.
